Digital Library Card Application for Rocky Hill Students

Please use the above link to fill out the library card application online. After you submit your application, we will mail your library card to the home address that was provided.

Paper Library Card Application for Rocky Hill Students

Please use this link to download / print a paper copy of the library card application. Once you fill it out, you can either mail it to the library (33 Church St. Rocky Hill, CT 06067) and we will mail your card back to you, bring it to the library in person, or return it to your teacher at school.
