Our Mission Statement
The Cora J. Belden Library, a vital part of Rocky Hill, supports and encourages the freedom to read, learn and discover in a welcoming environment. We provide friendly, knowledgeable service and access to a diversity of ideas, materials and experiences. We strive to enhance the quality of life in the community, and to encourage life long learning and a love of reading.
